Vermilion is already celebrated for delivering a true luxury pan-Asian experience in our acclaimed restaurant.

To get it just right, we flew in a highly experienced team member from Bangkok to perfect the recipes. Every element is made in-house with the utmost care, and our matcha is ceremonial grade - the highest quality available.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Milk Tea Bar – Classic blends like Tiger brown sugar, Thai Milk Tea. Taro and Lychee topped with a fluffy cheese cloud.

Matcha Bar – Premium matcha like Premium Matcha Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte, Taro and Matcha Using only ceremonial premium matcha, swirled with creamy milk.

Fruit Tea Bar – Exotic and refreshing jasmine green teas like mango coconut boom, sweet and creamy, Kiwi and Strawberry to name a few.

Mocktail Bar – Galaxy Mocktail from the star, A cosmic blend of butterfly pea tea and lemon juice, transforming into glowing shades of purple and pink.

“LIVE” Taiwanese Wheel Cakes – Crispy, golden, and filled with sweet or savoury fillings like pandan, red bean, matcha, Dubai chocolate, Kinder Bueno and white chocolate Oreo.
